A Brief History Of Clement Hardware

Clement Hardware is a family owned and operated business, founded by David E. Clement in 1966.

Dave worked as an industrial engineer for over twenty years before deciding that he wanted to operate a retail store selling quality merchandise and giving outstanding service.

Now run by two of his sons -- Gordon and Jeff -- our goal remains to earn the trust of our customers, employees, community and suppliers and continue to deserve that trust. That's the way Dave would have wanted it.

We are located in Severna Park, Maryland, about 8 miles north of Annapolis, Maryland. Our retail hardware business is open Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm EST.  In addition we sell by mail order a wide selection of distinctive door hardware, cabinet hardware, bath accessories and related products.

Our policy is to give very competitive pricing and fast shipment -- generally the same day -- on in-stock items. More than thirty years of experience allows us to offer much more in the way of expertise and product knowledge. We stand ready to serve you.
