Your order is assigned to the first available sales associate and checked for accuracy. All of our associates are well-educated with regard to the fine details of each manufacturer that we carry. If we have any questions at this point, we will either email or call you for clarification. We would rather speak briefly to confirm a questionable item, rather than have to authorize items to be returned to us and/or the manufacturer. Generally, manufacturers discourage returns with hefty restocking fees, and so we'd rather avoid that situation entirely.
