After your card has been approved, we will do one of two things:

1. Retrieve the item from our own stock and box it up for shipping.
2. Call/fax the manufacturer and order specifically for you, should our own stock be depleted. Should the manufacturer be out of stock (and will have to manufacture more), we will call you to inform you of the delay, giving you the option of waiting. With some manufacturers, we can give you a better discount if you can wait a few weeks.

When we determine when the order will ship, we'll send you a brief email indicating so.
